Delete your Phocod account

Email phocodweb@gmail.comfrom the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Phocod account”. We confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (email, name, password hash) and sign-in sessions.
• Your profile, posts, messages you sent, stories, podcasts, listings, game history, agents and their events.
• Call history entries for your calls.

What may be kept

Messages you sent remain visible to their recipients only where they are part of a shared conversation that other people still have. Records we must keep by law are kept only as long as required. Data stored on your own phone by the SMS Gateway is under your control and removed when you uninstall the app.
